Original edition, Presentation copy.
Very fine copy in two volumes, illustrated by Hermine David (1886-1970). printed on Rives vellum (no. 1157), third paper printed in 1200 copies after 25 on Imperial Japan and 75 on Van Gelder Holland paper.

Our copy, in addition to being in its binding signed Creuzevault (1905-1971), is enriched with a dedication from the author. Henri Creuzevault will notably take care of the binding offered by the City of Paris to Elizabeth and Margaret of England or even of Pablo Picasso's Buffon for the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Spine and covers sunned with an extremely clean interior.
